- The minty sensation from the eye mask is so strong, is it normal?
  
  Yes! The herbs are taking effect to expel the toxins. If the feeling is too unbearable we suggest you do 5 minutes first and proceed with 10 minutes during the next usage and thereafter 15 minutes. The feeling should subside as the days go by as the detox would have already taken place.
- I tend to fall asleep with the eye mask on, is that okay?
  
  Yes it is. Natureye masks are made from 100% cotton sheets so it is soft on the skin. Our ingredients are extracted from plants and herbs thus it will have no damaging effect on the skin at all. The eye mask will however dry up like any other mask and so you'll need to look for it when you wake up
- Can the eye mask reduce eye bags?

As long as there is no itchiness or swelling, it is totally normal and after 20-30 minutes the redness will subside.
